La Gota, meaning ”The Drop” in Spanish, is a symbol of the profound impact of a drop when it creates a ripple effect. As Javier Rendon was pondering for the perfect name, he was struck by a raindrop that landed on his notebook.
Today, La Gota is making a positive impact in the world, one drop at a time. And as the company continues to grow and evolve, its name will always serve as a reminder of the power of small actions to effect big change.

Javier Rendon’s journey began at the age of thirteen when he witnessed a juggler practicing in a park which ignited a passion within him. He persevered and earned a scholarship in the prestigious Columbian National School of Circus, where he honed his skills in acrobatics, juggling, and unicycle riding. After graduation, he continued to expand his expertise by mastering
show direction, rap music, and various other
circus techniques.
Throughout his 20 years of experience, Javier has performed over five thousands show at festivals and events across 4 continents and more than 35 countries.
Think of her as a modern-day Renaissance woman with an insatiable appetite for creativity and a deep passion for life. With a solid foundation in event management and leadership, she began her career at Red Bull, where she spent five years learning from the best in the industry.
Her journey into the world of creative arts was born out of a personal experience with mental health challenges where circus, art, and dance became an integral part of her purpose as a visionary creative.
